HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Our creations can can can be be be stored in in a a a a a a a a frozen frozen state for up to to to 12 months Once defrosted the the product cannot be be be refrozen but can can can be be be kept in in in the the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days WHOLE GOURMET GÂTEAUX
(24 cm /12 slices)
• Defrost in in in in refrigerator overnight in in in in original packaging
OR • • Remove from from packaging
and and and defrost defrost at at at room temperature (see product-specific label)
• • Cut slices as and and and when required from from a a a a a a a a a â a a a a a a a a whole frozen gâteau and and and defrost defrost uncovered at at at at at at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes Immediately return the the the remainder of the the gâteau to the the freezer in in in in original packaging
• Whether frozen or or not always cut gâteau gâteau with â a a a a a a â a a a a a long sharp knife dipping in in in in in hot water between each stroke
• • After defrosting cover and return left-over defrosted defrosted gâteau gâteau to to refrigerator • • Consume defrosted gâteau within 3 days INDIVIDUAL DESSERTS
• Remove from packaging
and and place on serving plate or platter whilst frozen retaining clear plastic collar (where applicable) around dessert to protect while handling
• • Defrost in in in in refrigerator overnight or or or or at at at at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes • • • Remove plastic collar (where applicable) prior to to to to serving • • • Return left-over defrosted desserts to to to refrigerator and cover • • Consume within 3 days HOT PUDDINGS
• If product is still in in in in foil cup cup remove whilst frozen by nicking edge of cup cup and and tearing down and around pudding
• Heat in in microwave microwave for approximately 30-40 seconds (depending on on on power of of microwave) until soft and sauce has melted onto plate HOWEVER FOR VOLCANO
PRODUCTS SAUCE WILL ERUPT FROM CENTRE AND NOT SPILL ONTO PLATE • Do not over-heat
ONCE DEFROSTED DO NOT REFREEZE
