Since 1997, we have been supplying our premium quality, luxurious creations to discerning professionals throughout Southern Africa. Inspired by our Master Chef Pâtissier, our skilled team of locally-trained pastry chefs hand-craft each creation with the greatest of care in our modern ISO 22000 accredited pastry kitchen - right here in Durban.
Using classic European recipes, we have created a range of products that contain only the finest natural ingredients with no artificial additives. All proudly made with fresh dairy cream and butter sourced from the KZN Midlands, premium chocolate from Belgium and quality imported fruit and nuts – harmoniously blended to deliver exceptional taste and supreme quality.
We have spent 15 years perfecting the art of sealed-in freshness through our unique fresh to frozen process. This means you are able to store our product in your freezer for long periods and defrost it at your convenience to its original fresh state. Once defrosted, the product has a 3 to 5 day refrigerated life and should not be refrozen. The retained flavour and quality never ceases to amaze.
